Refund & Returns Policy — iVapeFusion

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our international return and refund guidelines below.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the official iVapeFusion website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. We comply with applicable consumer laws, but due to the nature of our products (personal-use electronic and nicotine devices), certain restrictions apply.

2. Eligibility for return or refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Used products (including opened e-liquids, coils, pods, or any product in direct contact with the mouth or liquid) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. Non-returnable / non-refundable items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

  • Opened or used products (e-liquids, cartridges, pods, coils, etc.)
  • Promotional, clearance or “final sale” items
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • Items returned without prior authorization

4. Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • Batch code or serial number (if available)

Once verified, we’ll provide replacement, store credit, or a refund according to product type and stock availability.

5. Return process

  1. Contact our support team ([email protected]) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, including all original components, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  3. Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product using a trackable method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. Please retain your tracking number for reference.

6. Refund method & timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds may be partially approved if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by transit.

7. Exchange policy

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt.

8. Refused or undeliverable packages

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping cost (both directions) and any customs/duty fees will be deducted from your refund. Please verify your address before checkout.

9. Customs and import-related returns

International shipments returned due to import bans, customs refusal, or unpaid duties will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure local import compliance before ordering.

10. Chargebacks & payment disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us — most issues can be resolved faster through our support team. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the payment processor and may lead to permanent account restriction.

11. Policy updates

We may update or revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect new regulations, payment rules, or internal procedures. The latest version will always be available on this page with the last updated date.
